Guess who turned up at the MOBO awards last night...!

Yes- only bloody Gamu!

The X-Factor reject somehow thought it was appropriate and relevent to turn up like a full-blown celeb (which she's not) on the red carpet at the award ceremony in Liverpool last night.

I mean, this is the same girl that was crying her eyes out in The News Of The World last weekend saying she was 'frightened to death' as she faced being deported and who was 'holed up' in a secret location.

But then, oh yes, someone gives her a ticket to the MOBO's and she suddenly gets over her fear and dons a skin-tight dress and all is well in her world again- what a JOKE.

Anyway, getting back to the real stars of the show...

It was a good night for man-of-the moment Tinie Tempah who topped the list with two awards- he won 'Best Newcomer' and 'Best Video' for his song 'Frisky'.

JLS also won two gongs; 'Best Album' for 'JLS' and 'Best UK Act'.

Mark Ronson opened the show with his hit 'Bang Bang Bang' with The Business International. There were also performances from U.S. rapper Nelly, Professor Green, Roll Deep and Jay Sean.

MACCA TO APPEAR ON X-FACTOR?

Paul McCartney is in talk with TV bosses about appearing on the X-Factor live final.

The theme for the December 13 show is set to be songs by his old band The Beatles.

An X Factor insider told the Daily Mirror: "The big plan by Simon Cowell is to get Sir Paul for the final, which would be just fantastic.

"Everybody knows The Beatles wrote some of the best songs in history, so it would be a sensational end for the series."

X-FACTOR -2 ROBBIE-0

The mighty force that is X-Factor has beaten Robbie Williams again in the chart battle with JLS triumphing at no.1 with their new album, leaving Robbie lagging at no.2.

The london four-pieces debut album narrowly beat Robbies comeback offering and also achieved more faster-selling sales than any other album this year.

It comes after last years X-Factor winner, Alexandre Burke, beat Robbie to number 1 earlier this month.

However, Robbie, ever the gentleman, called the boys to congratulate them and invited to meet him in LA when they're next there.

This news just proves how much the X-Factor is really taking over the charts, which I highlighted in my recent post.

We have seen everyone involved with the show see great chart sucess- the cotestants, judges and even the celebrity acts that peform on the show- which was further backed up yesterday with JLS's result, and Black Eyed Peas going to number one with their new single, that they peformed on the show last week.

X-FACTOR TAKING OVER?

Over the past few weeks, we have seen incredible force that is The X-Factor taking over the charts, and it's quest for domination hasn't ended yet- with JLS scoring their second number 1 single yesterday with new song 'Everybody in Love'

Their newest single knocked judge Chery Cole of the top with her debut single 'Fight For This Love' which, on it's release, knocked last years winner, Alexandre Burke, off the top spot with her new single since the show 'Bad Boys'.

Alexandre's debut album also reached number 1 on it's release week, and was again knocked off by Cheryl Cole's first solo 'album 3 words'. JLS release their offering this week and expected to reach number 1. However, former winner Leona Lewis releases her new single 'Happy' after a stunning performance on last night's show which is expected to now knock JLS off the top spot.

Even the 'celebrity guest mentors' that featured on the show have seen great success. Robbie Williams reached number 2, behind Burke after performing with her on the first Sunday show, and Michael Buble, Whitney Houson and Bon Jovi have seen high single and album positions after slots on the show.

It seems that The X-Factor is definitely exterminating all the competition, and with the eventual winner of this years competition being bookies favourite to be Christmas no.1, it seems like we'll be having an X-Factor X-mas too!
