MOST IMPROVED: TINCHY STRYDER- IN MY SYSTEM

I really wasn't fussed about this song at first. I don't know why, but I just thought it was a bit boring and used to turn the radio station over when it came on...

HOWEVER... it miraculously grew on me and I actually really like it now.

Check it out and see what you think of it...

TRAVIE AND PRO GREEN SET TO COLLABORATE

Gym Class Hero singer Travie McCoy has revealed that he wants to team up with fellow urban star Professor Green.

The two rappers have known each other since Pro supported GCH on tour in 2008.

Travie said:

"When I was in London last week, him and I went to Shoreditch House and had a couple of ciders.

"I’ve known him a few years now. He supported Gym Class Heroes on tour and we clicked.

"We were celebrating the success of his album Alive Till I’m Dead. I’m really happy that he finally got his break, he’s a really talented kid. It would be great to join forces on a track one day."

That would actually be AMAZING right?!

PLAN B 'RETIRES' STRICKLAND BANKS

Soul rapper Plan B has revealed he will be 'retiring' his character Strickland Banks after his countrywide tour.

He said:

"He’s a soul singer who’s found success very quickly and it’s gone to his head. I’m just telling a story, a scene from my career and it won’t be around for ever.

"[Banks is] completely disconnected, a fictional creation, fictional people, no relation to my life. Now the music is so successful it’s getting harder.

"I’m like a film director. On the album cover it says Plan B presents… The Defamation of Strickland Banks. It’s me portraying this character Strickland Banks for this one project, this one album."

He revealed that he may return with a totally different vibe on his next album saying:

"It could be dubstep or reggae. We almost released a folk song. That's the thing about me. If I feel like I’ve created a great piece of music then it doesn’t matter what genre it is, I’ll put my name to it.

Folk?? Really?? Maybe he should just stick with the soulful rap...

ROBYN AND SNOOP SET TO COLLABORATE

Most unlikely musical pairing of the year award goes to...

Robyn and Snoop Dogg!

Yes, the dance songstress and the gangster rapper have been making music together- with a song called 'U Should Know Better'.

And the blonde singer said it shows a rather different side to Snoop, saying:

"I brought him into my world, so I think people wouldn't expect it from Snoop, but it's still very gangster and it's definitely a song written with him in mind."

"It's really funny, it makes him look really good."

Hmm, I'm excited to hear how it sounds...
